In a crisis, do not use this website

Everything on this site is general information and education. It is not therapy, and it is not medical or mental-health advice. Reading it does not create a therapist–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only through a formal intake and agreement with our practice. For guidance about your own situation, please consult a qualified professional.
