    I am an LCSW with 19 years of experience in the field. I truly love my work and feel honored to be a part of my clients' lives. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space and believe my down-to-earth personality will help you feel at ease. I specialize in working with women and girls, survivors of trauma and adult children of emotionally immature parents. I also see children on a case by case basis.

    Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and I'm a big fan of fall, coffee, the 49ers, true crime, and dogs.

  • For the last two years, Bailey has worked at Utah Valley University at the LGBTQ+ Student Services. Before that Bailey completed an internship at the Utah State Hospital with the forensic patients. Bailey is an MSW-I and graduates in May 2025.

    My approach to therapy is that it is collaborative and focuses on a strengths-based approach. I aim to foster an environment that is safe for clients to be authentically themselves. I believe that each person has the power within themselves to heal, and my purpose is to help clients access that power.


    Some of my favorite hobbies are playing video games, reading books, doing activities outside, and spending time with my partner and daughter.

    If you need a SuperBill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, she can also send you that document.

    Sally loves to read, travel, quilt, and exercise. Her husband is a State Farm agent in Farmington. She has two children. Her daughter is a school teacher in Texas, and her son is a senior at Brigham Young University.

    Sally graduated from BYU in 1995 and worked in the Athletic Department until 1998. Then she stayed home with her children until she started as a Billing Specialist at Aspire & Apogee in 2022.
